Petey!
Petey!

It’s been a great few days at home, I wish I were cooling my heels a little more before departure to the next adventure. The Warren Wilson dance was great last night. We stood around for about an hour after it coming down, and making plans for future things. They were pretending to be angry with me for leaving again.

Ooooooooookay. I just figured out who you are. Why do you like Færøerne?

        Føroyum

One of my life goals is to help the Faroe Islands achieve their independence from Denmark, be granted honorary citizenship, and then become the American Ambassador to the Faroe Islands. I love islands, and especially the Faroes because they are so remote and beautiful and have their own special separate culture. Tórshavn for me would be such an ideal city, it’s tiny (~15000 people), but it’s still vibrant and alive because it’s the capital city – Reykjavík is a good example of this as well. I don’t love big cities like New York because you can’t really wrap your head around them, you can never know them, but smaller cities you can. They even have a tiny university with only three full professors! It’s so cute.

          Re: Føroyum

There is one student from there at this school. She keeps making guest appearances in my dreams, so I decided to learn a little bit about the place.

I like little islands too, my last voyage to one was Chichijima, 1007km south of Tokyo.

            Venner

Is she nice? Does she have a website? Would she want to be my Faroese friend? Thank you, Justin.
