Hello Taneichi! Thank you for letting me live here and teach your children for two years. Many different people live in Taneichi, so I was able to speak with all kinds of folks. I won’t forget Taneichi, even when I go back. Six years ago I did homestay in Hiroshima, but my time in Taneichi was the first time I have lived abroad alone. There are some people in the town that especially helped me. To my surfing friends: I think that surfers’ hearts are the closest to the ocean. Please protect and take care of it. And, do your best in competitions. To my students: even when I was lonely your happy faces inspired me to do my best in my job and try and teach you something. You also taught me all kids of stuff, so thanks! To other people that were nice to me: thank you so much for inviting me into your homes and otherwise taking care of me.
