ofo's serendipity noontime multigrain vegan waffles:


    -half bowl each of oats, corn meal, spelt flour
    -3/4 spoon of baking powder
    -some sugar &/or honey
    -2 small pinches of salt
    -2 dallops of fat
    -water to waffle batter consistancy
be sure to mix the dry stuff damn well
they are *fluffy & hardy* (uh-may-zing)
makes 3 big-uns (2 people's breakfasts)
